Cancellation Policy – Sullivan Acupuncture

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Each patient is permitted up to two missed or late cancellations without penalty. Beyond this allowance, a $95 fee—equivalent to the full treatment cost—will be applied to subsequent missed or late cancellations.

Please note: VA patients are not subject to cancellation fees. However, in cases of repeated missed appointments, continued care may be referred back to the VA.
